Is this chart considered triphasic?

Obsessively charting this month. 2nd cycle ttc and first one with bbt. Tested on dpo10 and 11 with bfn. Not planning on testing again until late AF (due Tuesday) Been feeling all the AF signs now, feeling a little discouraged. What do y'all make of this chart?

Chart looks good. Normal. I waited until I had 18 days of elevated temps before I tested, since my luteal phase is always 15 days. Good luck!

The chart looks good so far!  I heard a rule of thumb is that your temp needs to remain elevated for 14 days to start getting excited. Good luck!
