morning after pill

Hi guys, so I was with my boyfriend this morning and because we've only just started using condoms (been on the implant until recently) we forgot this morning. He didn't cum as we soon realised but I'm taking the morning after pill tomorrow to be safe. I was just wondering what I should expect after? I've got plenty of pads apparently it makes you bleed but are there any other side effects I should know about? Thanks guys x
