Period blood?

So normally my period blood is dark and thick but this week my period has been like normal blood, very red and thin... could this be bad?

Answer

Many things can cause lighter periods. If you've had more vitamin C or if you've been drinking more water, than can cause a lighter period. Healthy eating habits can effect a period, and stress can cause lighter periods as well, it's nothing bad, so I wouldn't worry. You can read an article online about the causes of lighter cycles.
