Until what point in your pregnancy is it safe to take it?

I had preeclampsia with my first. My midwife is actually starting me on low dose aspirin my second trimester! It's safe all the way through

I was on it for something unrelated to pregnancy & told to stop prior to TTC. Unless your dr has told you to take it while pregnant, you shouldn't be taking it; if he/she has told you to take it while pregnant, just ask when to stop.

I take it daily with blood thinners (lovanox shots)

Talk to your doctor, this depends on a lot of factors including your blood pressure. Everyone would get a different answer.
