CRAMPS!
Hey lovelies! So I got the stomach flu on the same day I got my period. Now, I usually have prescription pain meds for my cramps but they're not staying down and it's pretty difficult to manage through these waves of pain.
What do you suggest for cramps that doesn't include pills? Anything at all
