reocurrent miscarriages then full term pregnancy

Anyone have two pregnancy losses at the end of the first trimester and then have a healthy pregnancy? I had two miscarriages prior to this pregnancy and I'm praying for a full term healthy pregnancy. If so, did they find out what happened before? What did you do different? I'm so nervous 😔
