please help! Am I miscarrying?

So long story short I got three faint positive tests last night on two different brands. I was so excited. Woke up this A.M. to brown bleeding only when I wipe. It then turned to brown stringy cm and it is now bright red. All only when I wipe, I do not need a pad. I have had dull cramping today but nothing terrible. Less than what I normally get for my period. Can anyone help me and maybe give me some insight on if you think I ammiscarring or if this is normal when you are only 4 weeks along? Also I did test again and the line was still very faint but I'm really not feeling hopeful.
