diaper bag.?

I  guess this is my idea of what to put in his diaper bag. Am I missing any thing? What do you guys keep in your baby's bag?

If you are choosing to use them, pacifier&/pacifier cases, and a change of shirt for you (sometimes the mess is not contained to the child)

Nose sucker thing
Pants? (Unless it got out lol) 
Plastic bag for dirty clothes

That's a lot of outfits. I would keep 2 and then if you end up using one then replace it with another. Maybe add a small toy and a beanie incase it's a little chilly?

I keep no more than two changes of clothes a few pairs of socks a ton of bibs two receiving blankets 6-8 diapers wipes hand and face wipes sanitizer wipes for tables and what not since my son now sits in a high chair I keep a high chair cover 3 bottles one sippy cup Tylenol a can of formula and toys
