SAFE baby cleaning products?

I wanna start wiping my sons toys down every night to prevent germs from spreading but I can't find any cleaning products that are safe for baby's like if he touches a toy then puts his hand in his mouth or puts the toy in his mouth. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Milton do wipes. The new improved ones are dummy safe- so you can wipe a dummy and put it straight in babies mouth. I use these for any toys or things baby can hold/put to his mouth.

You can look on the EWG website for the "dirty dozen" chemicals (worst chemicals) and also find product recommendations for products that do not contain harmful chemicals.
