Should I even be upset?

Question

Me and my boyfriend are very busy and we don't see each other often or text all day. 
Yesterday he spent the entire day not sending me one text, no hello, no "I'm thinking of you", "I miss you", "I love you, not even a damn explanation at the end of the day saying he was busy or anything. 
So today he texts saying hi, not apologizing for yesterday and acting like it was nothing.

I'm upset, and I don't even know if I should be? Is it me being childish or do I have the right to?

You kinda shouldn't be upset for the fact that you should expect it. You said in you post that both of you be busy all day and sometimes you go a whole day with not seeing or texting all day. You can't be mad at him for not texting you the whole day when you haven't texted him either. That does go both ways

My SO is busy all day I never hear from him. It sucks but that's how it is

Distance is good but just texting once or twice a day Letting you know he's okay or even just I love you is probably better then not texting at all seems like maybe something could be on his mind
