advice please

I'm currently 7 +3 and I really don't have any symptoms besides a little tenderness on the bust and I'm aware all pregnacys are different because this is my fourth. My last pregnancy pretty same no symptoms and found out at 14 weeks I had miscarried at 11 weeks with no symptoms at all. I'm really scared and praying it won't happen again. Did anybody have no symptoms and has a healthy pregnancy?
