2nd round IUI, 2ww

Been TTC for 4 years, I have stage 2 endometriosis and surgery to remove a cyst from my right ovary 2 years ago. Just finished my second IUI. Feeling a lot different from the first one. Been having vivid dreams, achy body, slightly elevated temp, pounding head, heartburn. On day 7 of the dreaded 2WW. Hoping for a positive outcome. If this doesn't work I'll be doing IVF. Anyone with endo or round 2 IUI success stories, symptoms?
