general rant

We have been looking after his sisters baby today (who is a year old). It was all going well until bed time. I prepared baby's dinner, bathed him, started to get him ready for bed and then my other half came in the room. I said in passing 'it's actually really difficult to get a baby out of a bath on your own' he then walked off. I asked what he was doing because I needed help. Baby was wriggling everywhere and was clearly very tired. He shouted back that he was cleaning up after the mess I've made (meaning emptying the bath and wiping the tray of the high chair) I said I can do that once I've put baby to bed; then he came in trying to take over when I was nearly finished. I told him it didn't matter and I could do it and he shouted back at me 'ooh I'm Hannah I don't need any help with anything. Maybe this is the reason why I don't want a baby with you yet!!' (In a really aggressive tone) I shouted back that he clearly doesn't want one with me at all because he's not even trying (because sex is always on his terms and rarely when I ask for it). I'm really upset and don't know what to do, is it petty to sleep down stairs on the couch tonight so I don't have to share a bed with him because I'm upset? Any advice welcomed.
