Is this true or not ?

Is it true that if you put your arms above your head that your baby's umbilical cord can get wrapped around it's neck ? I forgot where I read that from and it totally freaked me out but at the same time I don't really think that it's true like why would that affect your baby it's just putting your arms above your head .

sorry if its a stupid question but i'm a ftm and just curious
