Hey guys! I don't know if there are any fitness buffs on here but I'm really struggling getting back into a work out routine and staying consistent with my diet. I've always been athletic but this year I have found it harder than usual to stay on a routine. I work 2 jobs and go to college full time. So if anyone has any tips on how to find a schedule that works around that or tips on how to find motivation to get to the gym in the early am would be great!
