Im so scared and i need help!!!

My left nipple won't quit peeling and it's really itchy I use lotion everyday but it's only making it worse than before so I quit using it so much but at least a layer comes of a day and it's only on my left boob.... PLEASE HELP ME. I can't sleep because it itches really bad again please help ASAP I look like a retard in school trying to hide the fact that I'm scratching my boobs in class😨😂😢💀
