my child's father and I use to live together he left 10 weeks into the pregnancy left me with overdue bills and rent he knew I couldn't afford alone. I had many rough patches during pregnancy was off on bedrest had to rely on my parents and money I received from my baby shower to help out with bills and preparation for baby. I begged to be returned to work because I couldn't afford to be off 33 weeks dilated to 2 with a short cervix...working 12 hrs days my dr wasn't very happy...Baby is here I ended up being induced because they told me she wasn't growing properly I've been off and I'm already begging to go back I had to go into my 403B (retirement money) Because I needed money for our bills it's winter in Michigan our gas bill is up. I'm doing the best I can recieving 40% of my pay biweekly ($252) and he didn't wanna help me. Am I wrong for applying for child support. Yes she has diapers and clothes from the shower and I breastfeed but she also has to live here. I need some help. 

-He's already signed the birth certificate and affidavit stating paternity.
