painful lumps on my labia?

I have two lumps on my outer labia and I've shaved recently, I thought they were zits or in grown hairs so I tried to open them but they hurt and nothing comes out! So I thought it was maybe a Cystic pimple that needed time but then a second one appeared and I'm worried because it's closer to my vagina and it's a it bigger, that I have something but I'm a virgin so I don't know what it could be or if I need to wait longer? Please help I just want my vagina to be healthy.
