None. My dad had a heart attack recently and the cardiologist said one of the main reasons was because he was a smoker. He was healthy in the sense that he ate well/exercised. I hate to be a buzzkill on this thread, but for anyone who will listen: please quit before you're totally addicted and ruin your organs. It's just not worth it.

I quit a while back. But my fav was always the misty 120s in menthol or camel crush cause those I could smoke reg or menthol depending on my mood.
