Please don't judge but I need help before I got to the doctors.

Okay so latel I've been itchy down there so I don't wear underwear at night since I've been itching to air out but like 2 days ago I got a ball & it hurts & it's very sensitive does anyone know what it can be? I'm sorry I need to shave see those are my lips & on the side there's like a ball.. Please help. & please be nice 🙏🏾
