1st time in my life not able to feel sexually😫😢 Can anyone relate???

Btw I'm 26 i have always had a very high sex drive because I'm bipolar. I've always been able to get off and get aroused even too much seriously I have an addiction really. Anyways I've had bad depression this winter the worst and a cortisone shot in dec just today I can't feel anything! It honestly make me more depressed because I've always coped with my sex drive it's the only thing I enjoy seriously! Any ways to help get it back or has  anyone dealt with this and always had a sex drive????  I can't stop crying lately and I'm not a cryer either
