Bump has got smaller⁉

Ok so always carried really high and had a perfectly round bump throughout my pregnancy (having a boy and im 37 weeks pregnant). About 3 weeks ago my bump dropped a lot my midwife said it was because my little boy has dropped and he is now fully engaged.

This morning though ive woken up and i have a massive gap between my boobs and my bump its almost like a massive slope. And when i sit down i get really strong preasure down below and my bump almost feels like its squishing my little man😂 Also for the last 24 hours ive had an increase in discharge and im having to wipe 2/3 times after having a wee just to be fully dry (sorry for tmi)🙈. His movements have also felt different the past 24hours and moves less but when he does move they bloody hurt🤕 The last 2 nights ive also been having on and off contractions and unbearable back pain.

Can someone please tell me if this is normal? Or if ill be meeting my little guy soon? Or if i need to get checked? Thanks ladys
