Even if the doctors have said you cant get pregnant, doesnt mean that there still isnt a chance, so if you both are not ready for kids then i believe he is doing the right thing, nothing to worry about

I don't get the question. Are you worried about why you can't get pregnant, or worried that he pulled out? 
If it's about why you can't get pregnant, I don't know what to tell you if doctors can't tell you.

If it's about the pulling out, it's probably just something he did differently to mix things up. I'm totally covered with birth control but my bf will pull out sometimes just because he likes to cum on me sometimes.
