Honestly since you were only about 15 weeks I wouldn't be so sure. Doctors don't usually do gender until 20 weeks because that's when baby is definitely developed enough and not swollen anymore. Before that it can still be easy to see the wrong thing. I would get a 20 week scan to be sure.

I always heard if it looks like a hamburger (3 lines) then it's a girl and to me that looks like a girl! I'm definitely not an expert though

I've had all my gender scans at 15 weeks and all three were correct, I am pretty certain that is not a boy. I have 2 boys and a girl on the way, boy parts don't have the lines usually and the penis is distinctly longer. That looks pretty well exactly like my girl scan.
