Cold symptoms?

Are cold symptoms really an early sign? I'm 7dpo and have had stuffy/runny nose for a few days now. It's all sinus no cough. Anyone experience this?

I have a cough...had it roughly 2 weeks know also 7 dpo...but I always heard a stuffy nose can be a sign of being pregnant
