What prenatal vitamins to take??

Hi. I found out I'm 3 weeks pregnant.  I bought the one a day prenatal vitamins but after 20 min I took them I was throwing up non stop and had dirrriah and it hasn't stop. It gave me stomach cramps bad as well. Any suggestions?  I don't know what to switch to or if all prenatal vitamins will make me feel like this. I would appreciate it some help

Try taking them at night. If that doesn't work you can always ask your doctor to prescribe you some.

I take Flintstone vitamins. I have low iron so I buy the ones with iron but even the normal Flintstones will do! Every prenatal vitamins I tried made me super sick as well. Tried taking them different times of day,with food without food and nothing worked. But of course ask your Dr first.
