Pregnancy Announcing

How long do you guys wait to announce your pregnancy? This is my second & I was thinking of announcing on Valentine's Day when I'm 8 weeks next week. I don't remember how long I waited to announce my first. I have a friend that thinks I should wait till at least after my first appointment & when I know for sure the baby is okay. I'm just very excited to be pregnant with my second & thought it would be very cute to announce it on Valentine's Day :/ I'm just trying to stay positive since these first few weeks are tough not knowing how well the baby is doing. But as long as I'm healthy & the baby seems healthy do you think it's okay? Or is that "jinxing it"? What are your thoughts? My friend kind of got me second guessing it & got me worried all over again, though I know she's just looking out for me. ❤️
