We are known to be people watching and be like oh that person is gorgeous or he's very handsome... More in a complimentary way than a DAMN HE/SHE IS SO HOT! My husband and I are 100% committed to each other and our kids so when we are out and about we only have eyes for each other.

It only bothers me when it gets over the top. Usually I chime in haha. Honestly I feel it's only natural and healthy for him to look at and think about other women.

I think it depends. If he breaks his neck trying to look at a girl I guess I would feel some type of way. But if he is stating a fact then no, or when he jokes around and gives me a look to see a reaction lol then no. 
Example: he thinks Katy Perry is hot! I even think she is. Why feel some type of way about it when it's kind of KNOWN

But if this chick with big boobs and her butt is falling out of her pants and he gets whiplash looking. I mean, everyone looks. Girls, gay, straight or gay. We alllll look! And don't like, but I would feel kind of jealous because that's my guy and I would only want him looking at me

He and I both look :P and even if I weren't bi, I look at other guys and make comments, and he never says anything about it, so it wouldn't really be my place to tell him he couldn't look at other women.
