scared to sleep
I'm scared to sleep. Dad and me have been switching on and off so one of us is always awake with her.
I KNOW I'd wake up for her cry, it's the things that happen where she won't cry that scare the crap out of me!
I'm worried she chokes on her spit up and can't cry out. I'm worried she flips over in her sleep and her face ends up in the mattress and she can't turn her head to cry. I have a graco play pen she's sleeping in and the sides are made of part mesh and part "bumper" (refer to picture) what if her face ends up in the bumper part? What if she somehow gets the swaddle up over her face? And let's not even bring SIDS up!

I can't "sleep when baby sleeps"
Too much anxiety. How do I get over this? Is this normal?
