Endo🙇🏼‍♀️

I've seen some posts on here reguarding endometriosis.. I'm curious if anyone experienced nausea with this. I've had spotting the last few days and quite a lot of nausea. Wondering if I could be pregnant again. I took a test the first day I saw spotting but it was negative. Not sure if it was just too early or if it's just endo symptoms. Never experienced this before.
