How's it going? Have you noticed a drop in your milk supply at all?

Going in 4 months with it due to flat nipples. After being at my best friends house I saw hers and they were smaller, didn't realize there was different sizes! Invested in the 20mm sizes and I have seen an increase when I pump at work!

My ibclc says to stop the nipple shield at 3 months because supply changes from hormone driven to babybdriven and the shield can get in the way. Is your baby tied?

Yea, I have no plans to stop. I occasionally try without it but it doesn't work.
