RE workup/ low sperm count
RE appointment:

We went in today for our initial appointment with the RE. My husband had a semen analysis before the appointment and the doctor went over the results during our appointment which was nice. It showed low sperm count (10 million) but good motility. He did not have morphology results yet, because that takes a couple hours. Then he did an ultrasound of my uterus and checked on the developing egg follicles. He said everything looked good there, and that I am actually going to ovulate within the next 24-36 hours! So he gave us some homework! haha... Next we both got blood drawn, me for AMH and him for FSH, LH, Total Testosterone, and Prolactin. Those results will be in within a couple weeks. Our next steps will be to repeat his semen analysis in a couple weeks, and call to schedule an HSG for me and day 3 bloodwork when I start my next cycle.

At this point the doctor was strongly suggesting the necessity of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. He said that with a sperm count this low, after the cleansing and filtering of the sperm for an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle, not enough would be left for it to be successful. Is anyone else dealing with low sperm count? What are some natural remedies to help increase my husbands counts and to hopefully avoid <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> or to get his counts up enough for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?
