This is why the concept of virginity is really just up for interpretation. For me, a heterosexual woman, virginity is lost when the penis enters the vagina. For other people it's just insertion, period. Doesn't necessarily have to be by a penis

Of course. I think it would be silly to consider a lesbian a virgin her entire life if she has never had heterosexual sex. 
It depends on what that person considers their virginity to be. For some people, oral counts as losing it. For others, you're no longer a virgin once you've been penetrated by a penis. 🤷🏻‍♀️

By the old outdated definition, no. But that's why it's outdated as it only takes into account being penetrated by a penis. Which would technically make any man who'd never been penetrated, a virgin as well. Virginity was only baggage for women in the past.

Well...since virginity isn't a real, measurable thing, I'd say it's up to the person. I've never understood the point of labeling yourself or others virgins or non-virgins though. It really doesn't matter.
