3rd Pregnancy

So I just found out I was pregnant yesterday told me boyfriend who I e only been with for about 3 months and he wasn't with it says it's to early which I agree so we both agreed for me to take the pills so that I can have a miscarriage but the $ is 500 which I don't think we have just to give up like that so now I'm back to just think should I just go through this again and make it the best I can .... I need advise financially we are struggling he started his new job this week I'm in school for Cosmetology and I'm in orientation right now for a call center job making only 11 an hour and his job he is making 12 he has two girls of his own and I have two boys of my On my own
