yellow foamy poop?

My newborn has yellow kind of foamy poops. I read somewhere that this is a sign of imbalance in the breast milk. Has anyone else experienced this ?

It's usually due to excess foremilk. If you are feeding both sides each feeeing try switching to one side at a time and letting baby drain whole breast at each sitting to get more of the nice fatty hindmilk

My two have never had this but my niece did for a long time and the pediatrician always said she was fine and it was "normal" my sister never felt at ease about it but it eventually went away! She's a healthy 18 month old now.
