Which is a bigger commitment, a child or marriage?

What in your opinion is a bigger commitment, having a child or getting married?  MY opinion on this is that a child is a bigger commitment cause your literally responsible for a life and molding it into a decent human being..

Honestly I say marriage. Things can get super messy and can be prolonged.

A child is a big responsibility but can be managed with or without a partner.

Marriage is the biggest jump I think one can make.

Why is this even a question? Lol. I completely agree with you! A child is wayyyy more of a commitment. You are mom responsible for a human life! A marriage is a commitment to an adult who can fend for himself. Now I'm not saying marriage should be taken lightly at all! But to me, a baby is something that takes your whole life!

To me it's equal.  I love my marriage and children equally.  One does not come before the other because they both hold the same value and deserve the same commitment.

I think child. If you marry someone, never have kids with them, then divorce you have a bigger chance of never speaking to them again. If you had a child together, assuming neither parent completely abandons the child, you still have to co-parent with them and probably share holidays when you have grandkids.

Both! If you want ether one to turn out good it takes hard work patience and love!   But that's just my opinion.

I can see it both ways.
But so far my child has required much more attention on a daily basis. While I put loads of work into my relationship; I don't have to feed it, wipe its ass, change its clothes, listen to it scream, and make sure it's alive 24/7.
