He's been 18 pounds 15 ounces for i beleive a month. I pump and he gets bottles at daycare of that and then I nurse in the evening and overnight. Daycare says he's not taking bottles well (he used to take 16oz with them in an 8 hour day great). And even at home on the weekends we try breast milk bottles and he'll only take 2-3 ounces twice. I'm worried about his weight gain. We haven't switched nipple size yet (still using slow flow) but given his nursing preference and comfort nursing needs I assumed that nipple size was still good. I'm worried going up a size will cause him to choke, or he won't be able to "comfort suck" on the bottle.

Need some ideas
