I use it from the start. With my first I didn't use it and got pretty bad stretch marks so I started using it after and they faded tremendously! So this time around I started pretty soon after I found out, maybe like 8 weeks and I haven't seen any new marks so far. I'm 33 weeks. I highly recommend it. Makes your skin soooo smooth!!
