implantation cramping

7dpo according to opk results and tonight i felt a sharp pain on the right side of my pelvic area that I could feel in my lower back and right of my hip bone. It only lasted a few minutes, maybe 10 minutes, and now I'm just having dull cramping. I'm not sure if this could possibly be implantation pain since I could feel it in my lower back and by my hip. I've been having a small amount of cloudy and sometimes clear EWCM the past two days and now it's just watery/creamy. I know I'm symptom spotting, but this TWW is killing me. This feeling kind of reminded me of what it felt like before my last pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. Maybe I am just hoping too much for our rainbow baby 🌈👶🏼. Anyone else experience this type of cramping/pain and end up with a BFP? Again, sorry to symptom spot. I know every woman is different!
