I went to the doctor today and they put me on a topical nystatin cream for my incredibly sore nipples and my son on an oral nystatin. My nipples hurt so so badly. Anyone who has had thrush know how long it takes to clear up? I have been running my pump parts and bottles thru the sterilizer changing my breast pads very frequently and washed all my bras in hot water so I'm hoping that helps.
