High heels tips?

Anyone got any tips so your feet don't hurt in high heels?

Yeah, wear flats.

Tape your third and fourth toes together.

The best I can suggest is the dr scholls inserts... and to practice waking around the house in them.... to get used to the feeling and try to see how long you can go before your feet starts hurting

practice. I used to wear heels all the time, never wore flats unless it was sneakers, and my feet and ankles didnt hurt because i was used to it.

High heels force your feet into an unnatural position. Your feet are going to hurt no matter what you do.

Practice and gel pads.  Other than that, they will hurt no mater what. You can just make it comfortable

First of all, I never buy a pair of heels of they're already uncomfortable when I'm trying them on in the store. Second, I'll wear my heels around the house while doing cleaning and such to break them in. Thirdly, I purchase the Dr. Scholls padded inserts made specifically for high heels and I can wear my heels all day!

Disclaimer: I'm a seasoned high heel wearing. Before becoming pregnant, I wore them literally everyday for the past 8 years so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
