did I miscarry or what I'm soooo confused

The top test was takin a month ago I thought was a faint positive then I started to bleed n thought oh well I'm not pregnant I didn't pay attention to how long or how light I thought I'm bleeding I'm just not pregnant n now these two tests are from the last couple days in the middle of the day I called my dr this afternoon n won't hear back til next wk I had a miscarriage a few years ago am I pregnant and did I get pregnant this month or last I'm so confused n worried if I did just miscarry or whatever would I get this positive of a test right away a month later
