Confused!

I got off of birth control back in July and haven't had a period on my own since. The last two months the Dr. Has proscribed provera to induce a period. I had my last induced period on January 27-31st. I got this, this morning. It was the only time today that blood appeared. I feel like it's to early to be implantation bleeding. But I was going to ask for your opinion? What do you think? What could this be. I feel like it's to late to be left over period blood too. I'm baffled!
