natural birth?!?!

So me and husband are 9 weeks pregnant! And I just had my first app and one question I had was if I could have a edpurial because when I was 15 I was invloded in a car accident and broke my neck and back and my back is fused from the T13-L3! So no edpurdial for me! And natural birth (which is kinda what I wanted in the first place but was hoping I might be able to have a epdurial for pain espically in my lower back with labor!)  And this is my first baby! So if anyone has any tips or something that has worked for them with natural birth pls pls pls let me know!!! Thank you all 🙏🏼
