Due in 3 weeks and I have pitted edema in my feet and ankles. Just noticed it this afternoon. Had an OB appt yesterday and didn't realize I had this problem so I didn't say anything. My bp was normal yesterday. I had a slight headache this morning. I drink nothing but water, use the restroom regularly, and limit my salt intake. I have an office job (which doesn't sound like much but it is, I'm on my feet a lot) it's difficult to keep my feet elevated at work. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do?
