help...

So my son had his 4 month check up recently and I showed the doctor his private area and I told her it doesn't look like he is circumcised .... but come to find out she told me the hospital had done an incomplete circumcision . She told me she is going to keep watch on it till he is 1 years old and if he doesn't grow out of it they are going to do another circumcision ..... is there any advice anyone can give me?
