Nose bleeding??

I'm 23 weeks is it normal to have nose bleeds?

Yep! Pregnant women are more prone to extra mucous and nose bleeds because we have 30% more blood and everything is inflamed!

I get them too! There awful😩 every time I sneeze it starts them off !!

I was having them regularly. After I cut down my salt intake I haven't had as many. I miss eating chips 😞
