I get that sometimes. I think it's just dead skin cells. Your body has oil glands in the nipples to keep them from getting chapped too so it could be that. I wouldn't be too concerned unless it started to come out in copious amounts or if it looked like blood is in it. :)

Maybe dry soap from a shower where you didn't rinse off completely. Maybe dry skin. 
I thought if it was bloody or liquid coming out of ur nipple is when u should see a dr.

Its neither of the ladies replies actually. This comes out of your milk spores on your nipple and is simply colustrum gearing up. Leave it be if you can, it can stay there ;)
