Okay so my mom is off to work and dosnt get back until 12am my dad is suppose to be watching me and my baby sister but instead he keeps leaving the house to go drink and smoke with his buddy's and only comes to check on us every 3 hours I personally don't think its my responsibility to look after her when he knows he is suppose to be here watching her I get tired quickly and fall asleep a lot so its hard to keep my eye on her when he's forcing me to stay awake until 12. Im not sure what to do about this problem I voiced it many times to only get ignored
