I have had PCOS since I was 16 years old and I'm now 35. Just had my first child after being married for 10 years and giving up on naturally conceiving but it happened. I never had any major issues during pregnancy nor did I get gestational diabetes thankfully. My daughter is now 10 months old, very smart, strong, and no health issues besides constipation and the occasional cold or ear ache. It is VERY possible to have normal pregnancies and healthy babies so just do what your doc recommends and take good care of yourself.

I have PCOS and two children. My first has a nut allergy and asthma (both run in the family) second completely healthy. I wouldn't worry so much.
